BEACH ORBITING , Social Action For Preventing COVID-19 By Transgender & Youth Volunteers.

Jibangothon Unnayan Sangstha(JUS) has come forward to combat Coronavirus pandemic along with Social Association for Development Alternative(SADA) through raising awareness among the mass people regarding vaccination and coronavirus. That is why they chose Cox’s Bazar, the largest long beach of the world and most visited tourist attraction of Bangladesh. Jointly JUS and SADA organized a model ‘Beach Orbiting’ on (Sunday) 15th January from the Kolatoli Beach to Sugondha Beach at 4 PM for preventing ‘COVID’19 through raising awareness against coronavirus by transgender and youth volunteers. As a part of social action, this ‘Beach Orbiting’ has been collectively initiated by coast guard, tourist police, mobile small entrepreneurs, local climate activists, tourists and so on. In the orbiting parade all the participants walk-around the beach with the rhythm of Battle song “Chol Chol Chol” of National Poet Kazi Nazrul Islam. Later they roamed within the local fancy market, the most crowded spots near the beach, holding posters full of slogans, information  and messages regarding corona virus and Covid’19 vaccination. More than 7000 tourists have directly come to know about the importance of COVID-19 vaccination from that event.
