Who We Are
SADA conducts its activities with a five-year strategic plan focusing on the organization’s mission and vision to achieve its goal. At present, SADA is implementing its 1st strategic plan (2019-2023) for all programs.
SADA envisages a world in which men, women, and gender diverse people have acceptance widely everywhere; a society where choices are fully respected irrespective of sexuality and gender identity.

We strive to eliminate all forms of discrimination against the girls, women, gender, and sexual minority community.
SADA aims at building an inclusive society for all people where there will be no backlash.

Organizational Strategic Plan

SADA would like to achieve the following goals by 2023:
- Ensure quality education for most vulnerable children and provide them non-formal learning to develop their skills. (SDG 4)
- End violence against women, children, and gender diverse people and ensure safety and security. (SDG 5)
- Ensure healthy lives and access to effective healthcare for all. (SDG3)
- Protection of human rights and dignity to reduce inequality. (SDG 10)
- Provide capacity building and skills development training.
- Recognizing climate change victims and thereby helping people to cope with it in the Global South. (SDG 13)
